1. Services Offered

Whidbey Massage Therapy provides massage therapy and wellness services, including but not limited to neuromuscular therapy (NMT), active isolated stretching (AIS), Reiki, sound healing, aromatherapy, and custom massage sessions. Services are provided by a licensed massage therapist, Marc B. Juneau (License #MA61414110), in accordance with Washington State laws and regulations.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by contacting us directly. Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred time.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late will receive a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments, and the full session fee will apply.

3. Payment Policies

  • Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved gift certificates. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed services. For prepaid sessions, cancellations made in compliance with our cancellation policy will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Gratuities: While gratuities are appreciated, they are not mandatory.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Health Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete health information prior to their session. Any changes in health or medical conditions must be reported before the start of each session.
  • Personal Conduct: Whidbey Massage Therapy maintains a professional environment. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be charged in full.

5. Professional Conduct

Marc B. Juneau adheres to the highest professional standards, including maintaining client confidentiality, respecting boundaries, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for all clients. If you have any concerns about your session, please communicate them promptly.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal and medical information is protected in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide safe and effective services, Whidbey Massage Therapy is not responsible for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre-session instructions. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Insurance Coverage

Whidbey Massage Therapy maintains professional liability insurance through AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
